Allan Bosire is a Nairobi-based filmmaker, director, and editor whose decade-long career has helped shape some of Kenya's most widely watched screen content. Working as a film editor at Primary Pictures, he cut films, trailers and marketing campaigns for major international titles; including Volume, Inside Job, and Mo-Faya, released through Netflix, Showmax, Maisha Magic, Supersport and Safaricom, sharpening a visual instinct for tension, pacing, and consequence that now defines his work behind the camera.
Bosire is the founder of Synscope Media, a Nairobi-based production company creating original film and commercial content. Through Synscope, he has written and directed a slate of Nairobi-set short films; including Clean Slate, Hollow, and Little High; earning recognition at film festivals in Kenya and internationally for his atmospheric, character-driven approach to genre storytelling.
He is currently developing his debut feature film, GREY LINE, a Nairobi crime thriller produced under Synscope Productions; bringing a decade of film editing craft, short-form direction, and a distinctly Kenyan visual sensibility to his first full-length work.
